Enviro Care Tech 4
Water based wood seal and finish formulated for gymnasium, commercial and residential wood floors. Ultra high gloss with outstanding durability. Its water base formulation is friendly to the environment and the end-user. Meets all current VOC standards, no special respiratory protection required. Exceeds ASTM slip resistant standards. Approved as a gymnasium finish by the Maple Flooring Manufacturers Association (MFMA). Available in Canada as Enviro-Chem brand.

 

Super Crystalite 450
Premium quality oil-modified polyurethane finish for gymnasium and other interior wood floors. Produces a light colored, high gloss finish that is resistant to acid, water, alkali cleaners, detergents, abrasives, scuffs and rubber burns. MFMA approved. Meets all Federal VOC standards. May not be available in all areas.

 

 

Cleaners
Dri-Cort
Waterless cleaner for sealed gymnasium and interior wood floors. Ready-to-use, low odor mineral oil base recommended for machine scrubbing, manual cleaning with a mop and on a tack rag after sanding or screening prior to refinishing. Also removes rubber marks and tar stains, without damaging the surface finish.

 

Thermo Clean
Neutral pH cleaner for sealed wood floors utilizing an automatic scrubber or rotary floor machine equipped with a blue cleaning pad. Do not use on unsealed wood. pH = 7.0

 

Dust Control
Super Flo Spray
Dust mop treatment that combines refined petroleum distillates with a light perfume. Formulated to enable dust mops to capture and hold dust and grit without leaving a slippery or dust-attracting film.

Aerosol spray treatment for dust mops and cloths.

 

Utility Solvent
Rochester Solvent K
A low odor solvent for dilution and cleanup of oil-modified urethane seals and finishes. Evaporation rate = <0.1
