Ultra Marathon
Low maintenance floor seal/finish. Provides a new dimension in durability, while offering exceptional performance and reduced labor with any maintenance system. Dries to a brilliant gloss and maintains its appearance despite heavy traffic. Micro-emulsion technology insures superb bonding to almost any surface. Exceeds ASTM slip resistant standards. Thermo Gloss
Urethane fortified ultra high speed dry bright floor finish. Excellent "wet-look" response to high speed buffing or ultra high speed burnishing. Exceeds ASTM slip resistant standards. Non-volatile content = 18%

 

Thermo Gloss Plus
Thermo Gloss Plus is a high solids, dry bright floor finish. Thermo Gloss Plus provides an instant brilliant gloss that becomes deeper and tougher each time it is burnished using a 1,500 RPM+ burnisher. Suitable for use on vinyl, vinyl asbestos, linoleum, asphalt, rubber or terrazzo floors. The perfect choice to be used when only the highest levels of appearance will do - more durable and scuff resistant than other "burnishable" finishes, provides brilliant gloss and tough protection 24 hours a day.

 

Spectrum
High gloss, dry bright, multi-purpose floor finish. Resists black heel marks and scuffs. Responds to low-speed buffing, high-speed spray buffing or ultra high-speed burnishing. Exceeds ASTM slip resistant standards. Non-volatile content = 17%

Spectrum 20
A higher solids, labor-saving version of Spectrum. Develops a base thickness with fewer coats. Exceeds ASTM slip resistant standards. Non-volatile content = 20%

 

Duo-Cote
High solids, dry bright floor seal/finish. Dries to a brilliant gloss. Resists black heel marks and soiling. Responds to high-speed spray buffing with Mist-n-Shine. Exceeds ASTM slip resistant standards. Non-volatile content = 25%

 

Enviro Care Resilient Tile Coating
High gloss floor finish seals and finishes resilient floor surfaces without the use of heavy metals. Durable, high gloss appearance is maintained with scrub and recoat procedures, spray buffing, or high speed burnishing. Exceeds ASTM slip resistant standards. Non-volatile content = 20% Available in Canada as Enviro-Chem brand.

 

Thermo Seal
Formulated specifically to seal vinyl, terrazzo and marble floors. Top-coat with any RMC floor finish. Strippable, durable and detergent resistant. Exceeds ASTM slip resistant standards. Non-volatile content = 16%

 

Finish Restoration

Ultra Restore
Low maintenance finish restorer conditions, increases gloss and durability to extend the life of the floor care program by virtually eliminating the need to strip and re-apply finish when used as directed. Multi-dilution capability allows use for spray buffing, damp mop or automatic scrubber applications. Exceeds ASTM slip resistant standards. Available in Canada as Flashback.

 

Mist-n-Shine
Multi-speed spray buff compound brings life back to worn, damaged floor finish quickly and easily with any floor machine or burnisher: 175 rpm - 300 rpm - 1000 rpm - 1500 rpm and up! Contains surfactants to remove deeply ingrained soils, black heel marks and scuff marks, plus a unique combination of wax and resin to leave a new protective coating over the cleaned finish. Exceeds ASTM slip resistant standards.

 

Enviro Care Floor Finish Restorer
Floor finish maintainer, cleans and restores the "wet look" gloss of all finished floors. Multi-dilution concentrate can be used as a spray buff compound, applied with an automatic scrubber or damp mop, followed by ultra high speed burnishing. Meets all current VOC standards. Exceeds ASTM slip resistant standards. Available in Canada as Enviro-Chem brand.

 

Floor Cleaners

Thermo Clean
High performance low-foam general purpose cleaner. Neutral pH, will not harm floor finishes. Apply by hand, mop and bucket, or automatic scrubber. No rinsing required. pH - 7.0

 

Enviro Care All Purpose Cleaner
Non-toxic, biodegradable concentrated liquid detergent for removing routine soils from floors, walls and other surfaces. No rinsing required. pH = 7.0 Available in Canada as Enviro-Chem brand.

 

Hi Con
Multi-purpose cleaner formulated with a moderate foaming synthetic soap. Equally effective in hot or cold water. No rinsing required. pH = 10.5

 

Finish Removal

Ultra Strip
Heavy duty seal and finish remover combines stripping power with user-friendly technology. Non-ammoniated Ultra Strip easily removes the toughest strippable coatings, including burnished urethane-fortified finishes and heavy buildup. Controlled solvent content with virtually no odor. Achieves desired result with or without agitation. pH 13.5

 

Super Strip
Heavy-duty floor finish remover removes sealers and floor finishes hardened by frequent burnishing. Super Strip has no unpleasant odors. This non-ammoniated stripper will easily remove the toughest strippable coatings including urethane fortified, heavily coated, and propane burnished floors. pH >12

 

Enviro Care Floor Finish Remover
Highly concentrated, fast-acting stripper especially formulated to remove Enviro Care Resilient Tile Coating. Removes multiple layers of finish without harsh alkalies. Requires no neutralization prior to finish application. Controlled foam formula can be applied manually or with an automatic scrubber. pH = 10.0 Available in Canada as Enviro-Chem brand.

 

Repeel
Multi-method low odor floor finish remover for use with conventional machine agitation or in mop-on systems not requiring machine agitation. Easy to use. Removes even burnished thermoplastic finishes and heavy buildup. pH = 12.5
