Duo-Cote

Floor Cleaners
Thermo Clean
High performance low-foam general purpose cleaner. Neutral pH, will not harm coatings. Apply by hand, mop and bucket, or automatic scrubber. No rinsing required. pH = 7.0

Spra Kleen
Heavy-duty degreasing cleaner with exceptional emulsification capabilities. Use to remove oils and grease from concrete floors and machinery. Also removes water base semi-permanent floor sealers. Do not use on surfaces sensitive to alkaline cleaners. pH = 13.0

DfE 401
New detergent technology blend of biodegradable surfactants. General purpose cleaner and degreaser specifically designed for the environment. Excellent performance on greasy and oily surfaces. Apply with a mop, brush or automatic scrubber. pH = 10.0

Enviro Care Tough Job Cleaner
Non-toxic, biodegradable heavy duty citrus-based cleaner degreaser strong enough for the most difficult cleaning tasks. Use for spray-on/wipe-off cleaning, damp mopping, automatic scrubbing or manual cleaning procedures, with superior results. pH = 9.5 Available in Canada as Enviro-Chem brand.

Enviro Care All Purpose Cleaner
Non-toxic, biodegradable concentrated liquid detergent for removing routine soils from floors, walls and other surfaces. No rinsing required. pH = 7.0 Available in Canada as Enviro-Chem brand.

Break Thru
Highly concentrated general purpose degreasing cleaner. Excellent spray-and-wipe cleaner. Non-flammable. pH = 12.5

Hi Con
Multi-purpose cleaner formulated with a moderate foaming synthetic soap. Equally effective in hot or cold water. No rinsing required. Excellent results obtained when cleaning marble and stone floors, as the natural soap residue can be polished to a satin gloss. pH = 10.5

Mist-n-Shine
Multi-speed spray buff compound brings life back to worn, damaged floor finish quickly and easily with any floor machine or burnisher: 175 rpm - 300 rpm - 1000 rpm - 1500 rpm and up! Contains surfactants to remove deeply ingrained soils, black heel marks and scuff marks, plus a unique combination of wax and resin to leave a new protective coating over the cleaned finish. Enviro Care Floor Finish Restorer
Floor finish maintainer, cleans and restores the "wet look" gloss of all finished floors.
